Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved a resolution (R-618-26) on July 21, 2026, to approve a lease agreement between Miami-Dade County as tenant and The Three Super Sisters Corporation as landlord, and an assignment and assumption of lease agreement to the State of Florida Department of Health, Miami-Dade County Health Department (DOH). The DOH will use the premises as office space for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. The lease term is three years with one three-year option to renew. The County will not incur costs as the DOH will cover all expenses. The total fiscal impact to the DOH for the initial year is $67,689.50, including base rent, CAM charges, and a lease management fee paid to the County. The Board of County Commissioners voted 12-0 to adopt the resolution.
