Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved a lease agreement for office space. The agreement is between Miami-Dade County as tenant and The Three Super Sisters Corporation as landlord, for premises at 12750 NW 17 Street, Unit 112, Sweetwater, Florida. This space will be assigned to the State of Florida Department of Health, Miami-Dade County Health Department (DOH) for administrative offices, specifically for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services. The lease term is three years with a three-year option to renew. The DOH will occupy the space at no cost to the County. The total fiscal impact to the DOH for the initial year is $67,689.50, including base rent, CAM charges, and a lease management fee paid to the County. The County has the right to terminate the lease with 90 days' notice. This new lease replaces an existing one at 11865 SW 26 Street.
