Resolution approving a Transportation Disadvantaged Trip and Equipment Grant Agreement with the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (FCTD) for up to $8,000,000 in grant funding, with a 10% local match of $888,889, for a total project cost not to exceed $8,888,889. The grant supports transportation disadvantaged recipients with pre-loaded EASY Cards/Tickets (one trip, daily, weekly, monthly, or annual pass) distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to participants in the DTPW Transportation Disadvantaged Program. The agreement is effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The impact is countywide. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on July 21, 2026.
