Ordinance re-creating Section 2-98.3 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, regulating the operation of micromobility devices, electric bicycles, and motorized scooters on rights-of-way in incorporated and unincorporated areas. Applicability is limited to Crandon Boulevard between the northern limits of the Village of Key Biscayne to the northern entrance of Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, upon the municipality entering into an interlocal agreement. Adopted on first reading on 6/16/2026 and adopted on final action on 7/21/2026. Sunset provision: 2 years from effective date.
