Ordinance re-creating Section 2-98.3 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, regulating operation of micromobility devices, electric bicycles, and motorized scooters on rights-of-way in incorporated and unincorporated areas. Adopted on final action on 7/21/2026. Applies to Crandon Boulevard between the northern limits of the Village of Key Biscayne to the northern entrance of Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, upon the municipality entering into an interlocal agreement.
