This document is an ordinance amending Chapter 14 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, relating to fire prevention and life safety. It also included modifications to civil penalties. The Safety and Health Committee withdrew the ordinance on June 8, 2026, referencing Substitute Legislative File No. 261040.
