The City Council of Jacksonville Beach approved two resolutions and one ordinance. Resolution No. 2208-2026 amends fee schedules for city parks and recreational facilities. Resolution No. 2214-2026 amends the Memorial Tree and Bench Program. Ordinance No. 2026-8234, on its second reading, establishes a food truck rally pilot program in the Central Business District. A motion to amend the ordinance to replace "and" with "or" in Section D III 9 passed unanimously. Public comment was received regarding the Discovery School, with several individuals speaking and others submitting speaker cards. No public comment was received for the food truck rally pilot program ordinance.
