19. E-VERIFY/ VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT STATUS

This notice concerns a requirement for contractors and subcontractors working with the City of West Melbourne. All contractors and subcontractors must register with and use the E-Verify System to confirm the work authorization of new employees. This rule applies to all new hires starting January 1, 2021.
