The City of Leesburg is reviewing plans for major water and wastewater facilities and outfalls within an area referred to as the Expansion Parcels. Currently, there are no major trunk water mains or wastewater interceptors in this undeveloped land. Proposed plans include post-development drainage conditions and the installation of major trunk water mains and wastewater interceptors. This project is currently under review.
