The fiscal impact is funded with future financing proceeds, Program 2000001658. Eddy Etienne, PIOD Program Management Manager, will monitor and manage the project. No Small Business Enterprise-Services measure is applicable. The item was introduced on 6/18/2026, forwarded to the BCC with a favorable recommendation by the Intergovernmental and Economic Impact Committee on 7/15/2026 and 7/20/2026, and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026.
