The intent is to allow connection to City water. The applicant is Zaddy Property Holdings LLC. Staff recommended approval for all requests. [201, 211, 225, 229, 300, 320 Saint Johns Avenue, and 301 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida, plus an unassigned location at the corner of South 2nd Street and St. Johns Avenue; case PB26-04] Establishment of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay for eight parcels totaling approximately 1.37 acres, located at 201, 211, 225, 229, 300, and 320 Saint Johns Avenue, and 301 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida, plus an unassigned location at the corner of South 2nd Street and St. Johns Avenue. The project is a mixed-use redevelopment including restaurants, an entertainment bar, an events venue, hotel rooms, and potentially a residential component.
